What's the difference between an oil seal and a grease seal? xtsbt.com
There is a difference between oil seals and grease seals on trailer hubs. The oil seal fits the spindle more closely, keeping the oil-based lubricant inside the axle, engine, etc. to prevent oil leakage. Grease seals are used to seal thicker grease lubricants in rotating shaft applications. Oil seals can be used with grease, but grease seals cannot be used with oil.
China SBT Oil Seal provides a broad range of oil seals in a wide variety of styles, sizes and materials to fit most any application.
